Can I buy online directly from your site?
Yes, you can! If you click on the picture of an item, a new page will open showing you a larger picture and the details about that piece. At the top of the page is a "buy now" button that allows you to buy that item using Google Checkout®. Because our items are unique, if two people buy the same item within minutes of each other, only the first order can be filled.

How else can I place a custom order?
We can accept custom orders by e-mail or phone. Please remember, it is important for us to have valid contact information, so please be sure we have the correct phone number or e-mail address.  Click here for options. If you prefer the added security of an EBay transaction, we will be happy to list an item in our EBay Store for your convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Google Checkout®, money orders, PayPal®, Visa, or MasterCard.

I see something I like, but I'd prefer a different metal, color, style, size, etc.
Perfect! This is what we do! We want your jewelry to be the perfect addition to your wardrobe, and what better way to do that than to design it specifically for you? We don't charge extra for custom design, so let us know what you want!

Can you duplicate something I saw in a magazine or on another site?
No. We'd be happy to create something similar, after all, inspiration is everywhere. But we will not violate the rights of other craftsmen, it's just not polite!

Will plated or filled jewelry "turn" (change color)?
All jewelry tarnishes over time, just at different rates. Click here for more information on our materials. 

Can I see your jewelry in person?
Sure, if you live in (or are visiting) our general vicinity. You can contact us to find out where our next show will be, or you can just join our e-mail list and we will send you periodic updates with show dates, etc. WE WILL NEVER GIVE (OR SELL) YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS TO ANYONE - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Spam is the worst, and we want absolutely NOTHING to do with it! We're certain you don't want it, either, and we guarantee that you will get nothing from us but periodic updates on our company.

Is all of your jewelry handmade?
With the exception of some of our rings and a very select few necklaces that we have acquired, yes. More than 98% of our items are hand crafted by Point Taken, Inc.

What are your prices?
It depends on the piece. Our prices are based on the materials used and the overall difficulty of creating the piece. Custom pieces can't be priced accurately until we know all of the specifics, such as which metal, what type of beads or gemstones, length, style, etc. This is why we must have valid contact information; we will have to ask you questions to get a feel for what materials we'll need to use and what styles appeal to you. We have sold items for anywhere from $3.00 to $300.00 - it all depends on the specifics. For a general reference, the items currently in our inventory fall within the following ranges:
Anklets: $5.00 - $25.00
Bracelets: $5.00 - $15.00
Earrings: $5.00 - $40.00
Necklaces: $5.00 - $35.00
Rings: $6.00 - $15.00
Sets: $10.00 - $65.00
Watches: $18.00 - $35.00
* 7% sales is charged on all purchases made in Florida *

**AGAIN** Please note that these are only a generalization of prices of items already in our inventory. Custom pieces may fall outside of these ranges.

How will my item(s) be shipped, and what is the cost?
Unless you specifically request another method, we ship our items via the U S Postal Service or FedEx.  Rates for shipping depend on the size and weight of the item.  Insurance is optional, but highly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for the safe arrival of your jewelry once it has been shipped. Delivery time depends upon the shipping method that you choose.

Do you ship overseas or to APO/FPO (military) addresses?
Yes, we will be glad to ship to any domestic military address. We do not yet ship outside of the United States, but this may change in the future as demand increases. However, please be advised that the US Postal Service will not guarantee the speed of delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?
Above all, we want you to love your jewelry. If you order a custom piece, we will send you pictures of the piece before we ship it to be sure that it meets your needs. If, by chance, you receive your jewelry and are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly replace it with an item that you love. Before you send the jewelry back, contact us for a return number within seven days of your purchase.
